Registration

To reserve a spot we encourage you to register your name online. To gaurantee your spot your registration fee must be paid by April 1. You may register by mail or you may register in-person. Cheques may be postdated to April 7. To register by mail, print a copy of the registration form available as a pdf by clicking here. Complete the form, signed and dated by a parent or guardian, and then mail the form to the address below. Please make cheques payable to "Capital District Minor Lacrosse". A copy of the players birth certificate is required to complete registration. The $45 refundable deposit per player may be submitted as a cheque postdated to July 15, 2008.
